Le but de cette tâche est de pouvoir répondre aux questions qui nécessitent de faire un calcul sur les données par exemple: combien d'associations en isère ? au lieu de renvoyer sur https://tchoung-te.mongulu.cm

On avu ensemble avec @CyriacAzefack que le fait d'utiliser gpt3.5 faisait que le choix des tools était trop dumb. On a essayé gpt4o et c'était beaucoup miuex. Du coup cyriac va tester les différents modèles dipsonibles sur Bedrock de bonne facture comme claude3-opus ou claude3-5-sonnet ... et on fera le bilan
