All token lost after install Foil Notes

I lost all my token after install Foil Notes app

I choose the same master password for Foil Auth and Foil Notes

You can't have different passwords for Foil Auth and Foil Notes because all my Foil apps share the same key encrypted with the same password. If you generate a new key, you lose access to the files encrypted with the old key ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I understand. probably I generated a new key for Notes... But are two different app... this is very risky, as is the "Delete all tocken" option

Well, there are good and bad things about sharing the key vs using independent key in each app. None of the approaches is obviously wrong, so in the end it's more or less an arbitrary choice.

As for "delete all" that's why remorse timer is there - that should give you enough time to panic and cancel the operation.
