All images arrive in the same directory

It could be great to have at least two levels of sub-directories.

If the image identifier is 5fbaafd37cc2b, we could put it under {rich editor dir}/5f/ba/.

This way we avoid having too many files in the same directory. Which could lead to reaching the maximum of files in a directory on unix systems.

Will do! We have improved this part already on some projects, we just need to do the correct implementation in this plugin.
