Update fails with "Required Moodle version [2024100700]"

Hello all,
does anyone else have a problem with the update failing with "Required Moodle version [2024100700]", I am not really sure if this message is referring to the Moodle version, because the version shown seems to be the bulkenrol version, not the Moodle version, right?

That is strange, I skipped the update of bulkenrol during the moodle upgrade, it then ran the database upgrades and sent me back to /admin. So that went well, there it was again saying one plugin has a update, so this was bulkenrol again and from there I just followed the "assistant" and the update went through without a problem.

Still strange that it did not work in the Moodle main upgrade process.
