Improvement: Close smart menu 3rd level if the whole menu is closed #806

This has been discovered during the review of #602

Steps to reproduce:

Create a smart menu called "Course listings"
Create a smart menu item called "All courses" as dynamic courses item and set some filters to make sure that the dynamic courses list contains some courses
Open the smart menu "Course listings"
Navigation to the smart menu item "All courses"
Close the whole smart menu by clicking somewhere outside the menu
Open the smart menu "Course listings" again

Expected result:

You see the 2nd level of the smart menu and see the title of smart item "Course listings"

Actual result:

You see the 3rd level of the smart menu and see the content of smart item "Course listings" (see screenshot)
