Hi, the test stated above is failing.

Environment details:
MySQL 5.7
PHP 7.4
Moodle latest MOODLE_311_STABLE

Error details:
Scenario: Create an existing test response for a pattern match question.

And I press key "27" in the field "Correct": Key Down / Up events only make sense for modifier keys. (InvalidArgumentException)
