Sortable columns

This is a feature request, which I may try to implement, but I would find sortable columns useful. html_table doesn't provide that functionality, so it'd need to use flexible_table or sql_table to do, which probably complicates things.

Would be a useful feature for some queries. Not sure if either flexible_table or sql_table can fit into this plugin. Might just be easier re-implement it manually.

How would you feel about a js solution?

Not thrilled. That would not work well for queries that include LIMIT 100 or similar, and it might be nice if that did work.
