Right now dotnet.please fails on linux as it has a dependency on System.Console, where many functionality is not supported yet. We have to add https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.operatingsystem.iswindows?view=net-8.0 calls to a few places to work this around. @BalassaMarton
