create Secure biometric interface (SBI) manager
SBI signature and trust validation methods
Deviceinfo intent and parse the response
Raise stream intent, on response raise rcatpure intent - Separate stream intent is not raised, instead SBI app is played in the foreground to display the biometric stream.
parse and validate rcapture response and return the BIR.
