On successful creation of the packet, save the packet metadata in the Registration entity for RID sync and actual packet upload.

Generate auth token
Add audits in the registration packet
save registration metadata in DB
method to call RID sync API
method to upload registration packet (multipart)
method to store packet metainfo in the registration entity
method to get the list of registrations to be synced to server
method to get all the registrations to be uploaded to server
