IgnoreUnkown doesn't work correctly

I want to use IgnoreUnkown option in Host *, but assh will generate Host * setting bottom of the file.
It causes error because the setting seems to load from top to bottom.
I find it it works if I manually fix the generated .ssh/config to move the Host * block to top of the file.
