Add description of each component so it can be loaded/queried in customelements.io

Hey I do not want to be opening a new bug per component so I thought it'd be better to open an issue for this? (totally unsure)

If you add a description to each component it will show up when people search for brick- things in that website.

It's the repository description for each project-sorry I didn't make it clear!

For example in this image generator-brick and brick have descriptions but brick-menu has not.
