Add distinctive page titles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The title of most pages appears to be "Mozilla People Directory", so after navigating around the site, if you go to navigate back to an earlier page you can't easily tell which of the multiple "Mozilla People Directory" history entries to pick.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add distinctive page titles as appropriate for the page being viewed (e.g. a person's page title should include their name).

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can look at the page URL shown when hovering over "Mozilla People Directory" history entries to differentiate them, but the URL is shown in a small tooltip at the very bottom of the window far from the history navigation drop-down, so it's annoying to do so.
