[Trust Panel] The trust panel sheet is misaligned with notched displays in landscape mode

Prerequisites:

Ensure the New Tracking Protection flag is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install FF and open the app.
2. Open a webpage (i.e. cnn.com).
3. Put the device into landscape mode and tap on the lock icon.
4. Observe the behavior.

Expected behavior
The panel design respects the notch, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding overlap with the notch area.

Actual behavior
The panel's design does not consider the notch, resulting in misalignment or elements being obscured by the notch.
