[Felt privacy-Unified panel] - The name in the Common Name should be blue and underlined on the certificate sheet #23315

Steps to reproduce:

Open a website and tap on the lock icon to open the panel.
Tap on secure connection.
Tap on “view certificate”.
Observe the sheet.

Actual results

The name in the Common Name is black and lacks an underline.

Expected results

The name in the Common Name should be blue and underlined on the certificate sheet.
