[Felt privacy-Unified panel] - "Privacy settings" doesn't redirect to settings #23316

Steps to reproduce:

Fresh install FF.
Access a website. Tap on the lock icon to open the panel.
Tap on “privacy settings” button..
Observe.

Actual results

Settings menu is opened.

Expected results

Tracking protection section is opened.
