crashstats-tools cli tools require a CRASHSTATS_API_TOKEN environment variable to be set with an api token generated on Crash Stats. It says as much in the documentation.
This requires an API token in order to download dumps and protected data.
However, the token needs to have the View Personal Identifiable Information and View Raw Dumps permissions--otherwise it doesn't allow protected data to be viewed, searched, or downloaded.
We should fix the command line help documentation for all the scripts to something like this:
