I wanted to instal pip install regex

And I got this message:

Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
Requirement already satisfied: regex in c:\users\castel\appdata\roaming\python\python310\site-packages (2021.11.10)

Why is your normal site-packages is not writeable? That's something for you to investigate!
