We need to measure user experience regularly and agreed to do this via a UMUX-LITE measurement. This means we need to create a pop-up message that will ask people to respond to two questions.

The wording of the questions can be simplified:

We need to agree on frequency of this message being displayed for each user. I suggest we initially display it once every 3 months, so that we can include this in our reporting.

We also need to agree if we want to use the 5 point or 7 point scale. This article found that 7 is the best, but that 5 also works well: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/0018720819881312 I suggest to use 5 options, and to use explicit labels (Strongly agree, etc.) for each option.
