Define the outputs or results that must be translated

1. Identify the elements (reports, info sheets) that must be available in the three languages ​​of the platform (English, French, Spanish).

2. Identify which elements should have the option (in the future) to translate them into local languages. For example, some users suggest that they would like the infosheets to be translated into local languages.

Reports and infosheets should be available in the multi language tool. I rose this issue on the analysis repo a while ago AgrDataSci/ClimMob-analysis#62 . It was put on hold due to the lack of feedback on the report from the users.

We also need to add Norwegian to it. Not for the UI, only for the library of questions, reports and infosheets. There is a flow of Norwegian money going to ClimMob over the last years and now we need to compensate that. Also good to test the UTF-8 applicability as I still see some issues using French for example.

For the reports this is what going to happen:

1 - I will validate the report with some users in breeding teams
2 - I will update the report documentation to accept multiple languages using the simple csv structure
3 - Push it to ClimMob
