The frontend has a light and a dark theme, but no way to switch right now.

sub-tasks:

Add theme setting to the user account: dark, light, system (default)
Frontend should have "system" as unauthenticated
- If the user has ever logged in Locali, use the last known theme setting as frontend default if unknown.
Frontend should respect the theme, "system" just means that it uses prefers-color-scheme from css

Hey @weeryan17, you expressed interest in picking up an issue. This one is quite self-contained and should be easily doable?
