Name of directory is invalid in Windows #17

I think some characters are not allowed to name a download directory in Windows. Says: comma : question ?, exclaim !

I came across this case when download the presentation
http://www.infoq.com/presentations/kaizen-techniques with title Kaizen: The Key to Continuous Improvement

The command said WindowsError: [Error 267] The directory name is invalid: 'downloads\Kaizen: The Key to Continuous Improvement'
