Possibility of identify nodes instead of ways #6
Comments
Sure, there is no difference in tags on a way or on a node. I just added traffic signs if some of the nodes of a way contain tags like give_way, stop, traffic_signals or mini_roundabout. |
Spectacular!! It works!! http://osm.mueschelsoft.de/cgi-bin/render.pl?wayid=62172859&start=3&placement&adjacent&lanewidth&usenodes&extendway or http://osm.mueschelsoft.de/cgi-bin/render.pl?wayid=30054248&start=3&placement&adjacent&lanewidth&usenodes&extendway In a few days I will try to make some examples of other traffic signs...I have a lot of!! |
Just post a list of tags and maybe a link to an svg on wikimedia for the image (see _signs_DE.scss). Adding such signs is not much work. |
I found quite some strange entries in this list, see below. |
I like your tool so much because it is very complete (all roads) and I like all this traffic signs stuff.
I don't know anything about programming but instead of it I have tried so I have opened and read the code, and I think code identifies the tags over a way (maxspeed, junction, etc.)
My question is: Is there any possibility to code would identify tags over a node?
This would be make possible the identification of traffic signals but also stops, giveways, city limits, etc.
If that would be possible, Can you make an example?
Thank you
