[studio] Support sending emails

Summary

Allow developers to send emails directly from Toolpad Studio.

This could come in two different flavors:

SMTP API. Something equivalent to:

• https://developers.google.com/apps-script/reference/mail MailApps.sendEmail(message)
• https://docs.retool.com/queries/guides/email/retool-email "Create a resource query and select Retool Email as the resource"

Instead of using SendGrid, etc, integrations for #3799 and #3800. people could send emails directly from here. Something equivalent to:

• https://resend.com/

Motivation

• maybe I'm migrating an app from Google Sheet to Toolapd Studio and I need to send a raw email.
