Feature request: inclusion of a hook in muscle_manager to call a user supplied script before starting the run #296

It would be useful to have such a hook to, for instance

save the command line supplied to muscle_manager
perform some book keeping (saving some files in a sub-directory of the run directory)

It would be necessary to agree what information was supplied to the user supplied script, and how this was done.

My suggestion if for muscle_manager to store information in environment variables. My suggestions would be

MUSCLE_MANAGER_COMMAND_LINE
MUSCLE_MANAGER_RUN_DIRECTORY

I also suggest that it would be best if the hook occurred after configuration.ymmsl was written, and before the programs to be launched are started.
