undeploy is a helpful feature for testing the network but it should not be open to anyone and there should be some sort of authorization to request it.

Undeploy broadcasts a message on the network using the pubsub module. We plan to disable the pubsub module and handle undeploy in another way.

We will talk about it more when Rotating Subnets is live.
