[FR] Mirror the increase and decrease position shortcuts in the pianoroll, or make them global, no matter which window is open, and focused.

We have two shortcuts in Global, called "increase the current position", and "decrease the current position". There are no such options in the pianoroll window, which i spend a lot of time working in. These navigation actions move the edit cursor by grid.

My FR is to either,

1. Add two new shortcuts of the same names to the pianoroll shortcut options,

or,

2. Make the existing shortcuts truly global, so the same pair of shortcuts will work in any window.

Option 2 would be preferable, as it's universal, for what is a universal navigation process.
