【android】新帐号无EOS，领取糖果crash，必现 #11

测试机：oppo r9
前置条件：已注册账户，账户里EOS为0
android版本：5.1
账号：eosyixiumyky
测试步骤：
1、切换到发现，点击PRA糖果盒
2、领取OCT糖果
3、弹出操作详情，提示预估网络费，点击下一步

预期结果：选择账号，输入密码，确认支付，领取糖果成功
实际结果：程序crash。

收到，这个BUG我也碰到过，内部版本应该已经修复了。
