dependency checker doesn't install properly

have to force kill using task manager

I had to this problem as well. I followed this guide and it worked out for me.

Though I couldn't get cuda to work, so I end up using Vulkan/NCNN.

this repo was last updated 8 months ago. safe to say it is abandonware.

This could happen if you don't have Python installed at all. It happened to me on a new computer.
