Game Submission: Strawberry Byte "Triple H"

The following pull request contains all 3 Strawberry Byte submissions:

• Halcyon Hexagons code/sb_halcyon
• holes code/sb_holes
• Hot Hot Hexagons code/sb_hot

For halcyon and hot, they both use the assets from assets/strawberry_byte which are added by code/sb_halcyon/sb_halcyon.mk
For holes, it includes its own sb_holes.mk as well as using assets from assets/strawberry_byte

If required, we can provided individual asset folders and makefiles to accommodate not being able to include all 3 minigames at once.
