Washer and dryer recognized in config, but do not appear as accessories.

after logging in, the config detects my washer, dryer, and fridge. The fridge appears in home bridge and HomeKit as a usable accessory. However, the washer and dryer do not. Any tips on how to get them working? Must they be powered on all the time?

I answered my own question by reviewing this. I didn’t realize those were ThinQ1 devices. I enabled that, and it seems to work now.

This helped me as well. I didn't realize my washer and dryer were ThinQ1 devices either.
