Visual Improvements

We need to improve visuality without passing the line of simplicity

• Fix unequal input box length
• Fix the submit to the bottom of the container (it moves to TCKN input's side when the width is large)
• Add a bit of color to the pages (Piechart #1 will be colorful and rest of the page should adapt to it)
• Update success and error message
• Add github organization link
• Add "Why?" (FAQ)
• Place a placeholder text into candidate box instead of the first name in the list (or use radio boxes? or a cool ballot?)
• Make the page mobile screen friendly
