ideas:

• STREAM und COLLECT mode: STREAM shows all posts (as is) COLLECT mode shows new posts and collected ones
• simple gamification: earn badges for loved posts, etc
• simple user profiles only with name and earned badges
• two column layout: left some sort of stream (skype-like) where url's are extracted to right column. right column layout like smarks layout now. scrolling in one of the cols reflected in the other. commenting inline in the stream, resulting in upmoving of the entry (both columns).
