The dataset contains most of the original artwork. In japanese copyright law, it is permitted to use it for information analysis, but distribution is probably not permitted.
So I provide animeface-ruby/face_collector.rb, see https://github.com/nagadomi/animeface-2009#create-new-dataset-with-animeface-ruby

It would be grateful if someone annotated nico-opendata or any accessible image dataset and provide only that annotation data.
