Description

Use open and close dates for open RFCs and SPD reviews to inform a bot to remind folk of upcoming deadlines

Details

  • This could leverage our external web server (Heroku) to actively look for open RFC or newly crated repos
  • May want to do this for other aspects of the project: New develpers, SPD reminders, reminders on pending issues etc.
