v3.9.3: Documentation does not reflect algo changes #438

Removed heavyhash-based algorithms: Kaspa, Pyrin, Karlsenv1.

However sample bat files are still in distributed miner package
https://github.com/nanopool/nanominer#table-of-contents still lists kaspa as valid algorithm.
Karlsen V2 is not listed anywhere.
