Missing packages in requirements list for Fedora #28

The installation script fails unless the qt5-qtdeclarative-devel and kf5-kconfigwidgets-devel packages are also installed in addition to the list of packages in the README. After installing said packages, the script runs without issue and the translator works as expected. I'm running Fedora 38, KDE Plasma 5.27.7, KDE Frameworks 5.109.0 and Qt 5.15.10.
