Proposed states of NFT projects:

  1. Pre-Minting (we have a countdown)
  2. Live (we are actively attempting to mint)
  3. Expired (we are no longer attempting to mint or all project NFTs have been minted)

Issues to resolve:

  1. How do we transition from state 2 -> 3?
  2. Can we easily ascertain if all NFTs in a given project have been minted?
