[help wanted] Window.all() 能返回当前窗口的 occlusionState 吗？ #243

electron 里通过 onVisiblityChange 回调并不准，我试了用云音乐这样的 app 盖住窗口也不能触发 visibilityState 为 hidden，这里通过rust有办法拿到窗口的 occlusionState 信息的话，应该比较容易实现了
