include Data Sources for every model input

Ideally, we would provide guidance for finding every kind of data that every model requires. Currently some models have a Data Sources appendix. These are incomplete and not every model has one. In #40 the common ones are moved to a separate Data Sources page. I'd propose that this should not be an appendix but a section that every model has (or could be integrated with the Data Needs section).
