Confused about audio_offsets and audio_start_sec

The README example uses this:

# Seconds in the song.
audio_offsets = [146, 148]  # [Start, end]

This makes it seem like the audio is 2 seconds long?

This list gets used differently, though:

audio_start_sec=audio_offsets[0],

The track used in the example is 60 seconds long, so I'm having trouble putting all of these things together :]
