Despite v1.10.0 being installed, FoxESS_EM reports as 0.0.2 in Devices & Services. FoxESS_Modbus exhibited the same error but has now been fixed.

FWIW, this is what I did on foxess_modbus: nathanmarlor/foxess_modbus@91cdc65...322fca7.

When I create a tag, it creates a zip of the integration (with an updated manifest.json containing the version number from the tag), and attaches that to the release.
