Widget not showing prices

Hello! I love this tool, it is perfect for my needs. Thank you for creating it!!

Unfortunately after about a week of daily use it no longer shows prices. I've searched this board and seen similar issues over time; I've tried some of the past suggestions without success. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Like mig27 above, I too really like the app but after power was unexpectedly cut @ my house & my computer shut down unexpectedly during outage, app has not retrieved any prices.

I tried to delete app & start with fresh install but app does not appear in uninstall list of programs, does not have an uninstall program in the program folder & manually removing program folder to trash does not remove my previously entered crypto amounts from the new install, nor does it allow a new install to open in a fresh new state (ie: new install will not retrieve prices either).

Please help! I would love to have this app back in functioning condition. Thank you so much for the app & any help you can offer.

Sorry to hear you are having the same issue! I am happy to report that this widget is again updating the prices for me.

Maybe this is only coincidence, but I powered my computer off for a week while I was on vacation, and when I returned I started the widget and it was retrieving prices again. I realize that's not a very helpful or practical suggestion for you, but thought I'd throw it out there as a potential data point.

Best of luck getting it going again! Fwiw I used the portfolio tracker at coinmarketcap as a temporary solution.

lol well I spoke too soon, this morning I started the widget and unfortunately it again is not retrieving prices.
