Shouldn't file mapping "rkt" be set to racket filetype.

(This is my opinion) I think it would be better so that plugins related to it can be lazyloaded for racket filetype.

It's supposed to be consistent with the current "filtype.lua". See https://github.com/neovim/neovim/blob/e92b816336a04c18c4aa78eb180158a2bc02ace4/runtime/lua/vim/filetype.lua#L540
