  • Split ReadAndFilterData into LoadData and FilterData
  • Add ReadSQLDatabase helper function
  • Add ReadCSV helper function
  • Replace ReadAndFilterData calls with FilterData
  • Remove conn argument from all functions
  • Add ReadFromAgol helper function and add AGOL option to LoadData
