Noticed this in the readme. Not a bad idea, but at least after mapnik/node-mapnik@23b31f6 it will be overridden correctly now so technically you can leave it as the original projection. (Note: Longer term I'd like to get away from needing Mapnik XML at all to avoid this messyness)
