Name field accepting the invalid input.

Description:
While adding new partner, "Partner Name" field in the Basic info form and "Name" field in the Focal Person Name is accepting invalid input like symbols(!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *) and numeric values.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Firstly, enter the "DVS" url as "https://dvs-dev.naxa.com.np/".
2. Login to the system as super admin.
3. Click on the "Data Bank".
4. You will be navigated to admin dashboard.
5. And then click on the "Partners" sections.
6. Try to add new partner by clicking on "Add New" button.
7. You will navigated to Basic Info form and enter the symbols and numeric values in the Partner Name field and click on next button "Focal Person Details" form will appear and similarly enter the symbols and numeric values in the name field.
8. Observe the result, you are getting the access to enter invalid input data.

Expected Result:
Name field should not accept the symbolic values and numeric values.
