Narcana logbook

  2. User dkm_eld created with command useradd --uid 3000 dkm_eld

Narcana "test that the system works" proceduce

Run

ssh [email protected] yarn jar /usr/hdp/current/hadoop-mapreduce-client/hadoop-mapreduce-examples.jar pi 32 100000

This logs into a machine and runs a "calc pi" example to test that the cluster works

The output should be something like this
