Correction: "Trust server certificate" is grayed out for ODBC 13 (suggested in guide) and ODBC 17.
It is ODBC 18 that requires the additional step. It seems that ODBC 13 is broadly available, and ODBC 17 and 18 are both available through software center. I would say we don't need to require ODBC 18 yet, therefore we don't need to update the suggested version to use or add this step. However, it might be worth a note in case folks attempt to use ODBC 18 and then get to that step / fail to connect successfully.

Evaluate latest requirements with latest ODBC versions, update guide if needed.
With ODBC 17 an additional step is required (between steps 5 and 6 in http://ncss-tech.github.io/AQP/soilDB/setup_local_nasis.html)
.
Need to check the "Trust server certificate" box in order for authentication by username/password to work.
