Firstly, many thanks for creating and sharing this repo. It's so great.
Have you considered adding the ability for product variants to be displayed as unique products on collection pages? Going a step further, it would be great if this feature were controllable at a product (and/or variant) level, in a way not dissimilar to the 'Surface Option' function.
Cheers

Do you think it would make more sense for this to be set at the product card level on Collections, rather than on the product itself? That way you have more flexibility in where and when you want to show individual variant cards, vs a single product card?
Alternatively, perhaps you group variants by an option, and display those as a single card instead (and surfacing said option)?
I think product card level on Collections is a far better way to approach it than what I had in mind. Were you thinking this functionality would be at a variant type level e.g. product with two variant types, only enable one to be shown as individual variant cards?
I'm not sure I follow on the second concept. If a product had 2 variant types (e.g. colour, size) each with 3 options (e.g. S/M/L, Red/Blue/Green), would two product cards show on a Collection page, one for colour and one for size?
I'd offer my help in building this functionality if I had a single clue where to start (very much still learning). I've shown my appreciation for your work via the Sponsor link in any case.
